We have preserved the traditional butter recipe and adapted our production process to make our brioches even more tender and flavourful. They are glazed by hand for a perfect result.

From the most classic to the most extravagant, the colours add a touch of originality without affecting the flavour in any way. Malika, the head creator of these little wonders, has refined her recipe so that the colours are as vibrant and glowing inside the brioche as outside, while in no way altering the texture and taste.
