Besides bringing unparalleled lightness and crispiness to our savoury pies, it also allows us to preserve a traditional production method that gives each of our quiches its “homemade” look. Every quiche base is actually made by hand with our puff pastry. The same goes for our ingredients: all top-quality and meticulously chosen.
We have also opted for a 100% recyclable paper mould which, in particular, doesn’t stick during baking.

Quiche Lorraine
Unquestionably the best known and most traditional. Originating in eastern France, the name “quiche” is believed to come from the German Kuchen (cake).
Its popularity has made it known throughout the country and far beyond. We have not invented anything new: we have just assembled the best ingredients and contributed the care and love inherent in good cooking.

Rich in fibre and low in calories, leeks are the ideal partner for the good ingredients in this quiche. This flavourful recipe, also called “flamiche,” is one of our most requested.
