Puff pastry, typical of the best quiches, is a carefully considered choice. Naturally, it demands the technique of qualified experts – but what a joy to eat!

Besides bringing unparalleled lightness and crispiness to our savoury pies, it also allows us to preserve a traditional production method that gives each of our quiches its “homemade” look. Every quiche base is actually made by hand with our puff pastry. The same goes for our ingredients: all top-quality and meticulously chosen.

We have also opted for a 100% recyclable paper mould which, in particular, doesn’t stick during baking.
